We manufacture a wide range of Developer Series Homes,
both in single and multi-family design. Our products are approved and built
to the H.U.D. manufactured housing code and U.B.C. factory built code. In building
to these codes, it makes it virtually impossible to experience any zoning or
approval problems. In the design of our most popular application, the single
family, Residential series was created. This series meets the needs of developers
for both subdivisions and infill scattered lots.
In this information package, you'll see samples of our Entry Level (EL) and
Good Neighbor (TA) Series homes. These are only a sample of the many floor
plans we have available. If in the event we currently don't have the right
floor plan for your specific needs, we have the ability to develop and design
custom plans to fit almost any requirement necessary for the success of the
project.
