Our homes are set up at retail sales centers across the country. Find a local manufactured or modular home retailer in your area. Silvercrest Homes recommends that you contact the local retailer before you visit to determine their hours of operation and which homes they have in inventory for you to tour.
Both manufactured homes and modular homes can be placed on a basement or crawl space. The specifications for doing so vary from region to region, but both are possible. At Silvercrest Homes, we offer a few different foundation prints to assist the retailer and setup crew with the design of the foundation you decide to use.

There are three possible locations for the serial number:
- The title document for the home (HUD code manufactured homes only).
- Stamped onto the I-beam at the hitch end of the home.
- On the data plate which is an 8.5 by 11 sticker located inside one of the kitchen cabinets or on a closet wall.
